Plan Description
📋 Este plan está pensado para corredores que ya entrenan con regularidad y quieren dar un paso más en su preparación para maratón. Aumenta el volumen semanal y añade rodajes a ritmo controlado, manteniendo siempre un enfoque progresivo y equilibrado.
👉 Requisitos previos:
Entrenar de forma habitual 4–5 dÃas a la semana.
Estar cómodo sumando 40–50 km semanales.
Poder completar rodajes de 10–12 km sin problemas.
👉 Estructura del plan:
18 semanas de duración
5 dÃas de carrera por semana
Martes y jueves: rodajes suaves
Miércoles: rodajes más largos o sesiones especÃficas
Sábado: rodaje medio con parte a ritmo controlado
Domingo: tirada larga progresiva (13 km → 32 km).
Lunes: descanso activo o libre.
Viernes: descanso total.
👉 Objetivo del plan:
Dar un salto en volumen y resistencia.
Empezar a trabajar el ritmo de carrera de forma progresiva.
Llegar a la maratón con una preparación más completa y sólida.
