Plan Description

This plan is designed for athletes tackling their first marathon, who have already completed a half marathon is comfortable training for 5-6 days a week and can run for two hours without exhaustion.

This particular version of the plan does not include strength training, and is designed for those who already have a strength plan to follow, or are otherwise allergic to strength work. I highly recommend including strength training in your preparation, you can purchase the same plan with strength included here:
