Plan Description

This is my personal training plan.

Feel free to follow it if you'd like, but it's not the typical training style you might expect. will you make gains? 100% you will, but it's a long slog, it's not something that will be instantaneous results.

I'm personally training for a Marathon, the Olympic Marathon at that, but you will improve all your paces with this plan, from 5k to 10k and even the half Marathon.
