Plan Description

Marathon Plan for 16 Weeks - The goal is to run 4 times a week.
For this plan, it is required that you can already run a half marathon distance, as the training volume starts at 16 km in the first week.
The target pace will be between a finish time of 3 hours and 4 hours.
Running under 3 hours is also possible, but then an additional speed workout must be included.
