18 Week Marathon Plan:
5x Runs Per Week, 2x Strength Sessions Per Week
This is for the runner who has at least 2-3 years of consistent structured training experience. They will have trained for a range of distances in the past and are in pursuit of improving their time in the marathon distance. This training plan is recommended for those who are confident in running the marathon distance and are looking to take their training to the next level by committing up to 7hrs30 per week to their running.
