Plan Description

18 Week Marathon Plan:
4x runs per week, 2x strength training per week.

This training plan is perfect for the intermediate runner who has been training consistently for 1-2 years and has a solid foundation of running. This is for the runner who is aiming to run a new PB at their next marathon and is ready to take their training seriously with a structure training approach. The runner should have completed a marathon in the past or a number of half marathons and is confident about the distance itself. They are more focused on running a certain time.
