Plan Description
This is your new marathon plan if you:
- Already can run for 2 hours approx at a steady pace
- Want to work out 3 times a week
- Want a plan in miles
- Are a huge fan of running on power
Your plan also includes lots of notes on what to think of all new things that come up with your marathon (gels, rest, test runs, setting up the correct zones, drinking, tapering)
Remember that overtraining is not possible, only underrecovery.
I started coaching in 2015 and have guided hundreds of athletes to their marathons. All-in varying ages abilities.
