Dit is jouw marathon plan als je:
- Al makkelijk 2 uur kunt hardlopen zonder problemen
- 3x per week wilt/kunt trainen

- Een grote fan bent van het trainen op power
Jouw plan is inclusief veel notities of alle dingen die tijdens een marathon voorbereiding spelen (gels, rust, test loopjes, zone instellingen, drinken, eten, tapering).
