Marathon 1 is the first program in our Marathon series. It's for runners who have finished our Half Marathon training series or can run 21.1KM without stopping.

Over 4 weeks, you’ll follow a structured plan focused on building endurance, increasing mileage, and developing the strength needed to handle the demands of marathon training.

Workouts sync straight to your smartwatch via TrainingPeaks. This gives you clear guidance for each session. You’ll always know how to execute your run and keep improving.
