eichels:Training bereitet Dich auf Deinen Marathonstart vor!

Dieser 10-wöchige Vorbereitungsplan zielt auf eine Endzeit von unter 3:00 Stunden über die Marathondistanz ab. Die Trainingsinhalte sind qualitätsorientiert. Der Plan hat daher einen höheren intensiven Anteil, dafür nicht ganz so hohe Kilometerumfänge.

Der höchste Wochenumfang beträgt etwa 80 Kilometer, aufgeteilt auf 4-5 Laufeinheiten sowie zwei Athletikeinheiten.

Die Trainingsgeschwindigkeiten sind an der Marathonzielzeit orientiert und daraus berechnet. Die Angabe findest Du in % der Schwellengeschwindigkeit, wobei 95% dem Marathonrenntempo entsprechen.

Du solltest 25km am Stück laufen können, bereits mindestens 50-55 Kilometer in der Woche laufen und einen Halbmarathon in 1:30h schaffen, um diesen Plan zu starten.
