馃憠 Este plan est谩 dirigido a quienes han practicado deporte en alg煤n momento y desean completar una marat贸n.
馃憠 Empezar谩s con sesiones aer贸bicas f谩ciles para que tu cuerpo se adapte progresivamente. A medida que avances, incorporaremos entrenamientos de cambios de ritmo para mejorar tu eficiencia aer贸bica, y progresaremos hacia tiradas largas de carrera continua, alcanzando distancias de 28-30 km, lo que potenciar谩 tu resistencia.
