Mein 13-wöchiger Trainingsplan bereitet dich perfekt auf deinen nächsten Marathon vor! 13 Wochen, weil die erste Woche zum reinkommen dient.
Der Plan ist sehr anspruchsvoll und richtet sich an erfahrene und ambitionierte Läufer, die schon Marathonerfahrung mitbringen, sich im regelmäßigem Lauftraining befinden und die 3 Stunden deutlich unterbieten wollen.
Die Trainings starten hochintensiv mit VO2max und Schwellentraining als Grundlage.
Ruhetage und Entlastungswochen sorgen dafür, dass du verletzungsfrei durch das Training kommst.
Beachte die notwendigen Carbs pro Einheit. Ich habe einen Schätzwert angegeben, der den Durchschnitt angibt.
