Plan Description

This 26 week Advanced Marathon plan is designed for runners who want to improve their run speed and fitness! Runners should be easily able to run 1.5hrs non stop before starting this more advanced plan!
This plan includes 4-5 x runs/ week starting at 4 hrs building up to 6hrs a week total. Runs include speed, strength , threshold and endurance to make sure you get everything you need to not only run faster but massively improve your overall marathon time!
