Este plan está diseñado para corredores principiantes o intermedios que sueñan con completar su primer maratón, guiándolos paso a paso en el camino hacia los 42.195 km. El objetivo es que llegues a la meta con confianza, fuerza y la satisfacción de conquistar tu primera gran carrera.

📌 Estructura del entrenamiento:

Fondos progresivos y rodajes controlados para construir la resistencia física y mental que exige la distancia.
Sesiones de intervalos que impulsan tu capacidad aeróbica y mejoran la eficiencia del paso.
Entrenamientos de fuerza estructurada, clave para mejorar la economía de carrera y prevenir lesiones.
Drills técnicos de carrera para perfeccionar tu postura, coordinación y técnica.
Tests de 5K estratégicos, diseñados para ajustar tus zonas de entrenamiento con precisión y evaluar tu mejora de rendimiento conforme avanza el plan.
⚠️ Recomendación clave: Durante todo el ciclo, y en especial en las últimas 8 semanas previas al maratón, se aconseja contar con el respaldo de profesionales en fisioterapia y nutrición, lo que te brindará seguridad en las cargas más exigentes y optimizará tu rendimiento el día de la carrera.
