  • ⏱️ Duración: 12 semanas de preparación específica.

  • 📈 Volumen Principiante: Comienza en 55 km y progresa hasta un pico de 90 km por semana.

  • 🏃 Carrera: 4-5 sesiones de carrera por semana (zonas por ritmo / pace)

  • ⚡ Desarrollo de Velocidad Inteligente: Incluye rodajes aeróbicos con "Rectas" (aceleraciones cortas/strides) para mejorar tu economía de carrera sin acumular fatiga pesada.
