This program is designed for high level runners looking to run between 2:45:00 to 3:30:00.
In addition to the run sessions designed to help you achieve a fantastic marathon, there is strength and some cross training sessions work to minimise your chance of injury and boost your performance.
World champion triathlete, Tim Reed has worked with runners for over 15 years helping them achieve personal best marathon performances with a deep understanding from both 20 years of racing and coaching on what produces excellent results. This plan is designed to not just help you achieve your goal marathon time but also to educate you along the way so you understand why you're doing each session and come away from this preparation both faster and with a greater understanding of how to structure your own run training in the future.
