-Age 50-54 and aiming to qualify for the Boston Marathon.
-Interested in improving their running performance and potentially reducing their race times.
-Looking to incorporate speed work into their training routine.
-Capable of commencing the training with a 10-mile long run.
-Able to cover a distance of 31 miles in the first week of training.
- Willing to commit to running 5 days per week.
-Have marathon running experience, including participation in more than 3 marathons and several years of running background.
-Have a qualifying time within 25 minutes of the Age 50-54 Boston Marathon qualification time.
