🎯 The target of this training program is to finish the marathon in 3h29' (4'59''/km)

🚀 This program is suitable for runners who can conclude 10 km in ~1h at easy pace

🏁 This program is suitable for runners with some running experience and with an average training volume of ~25-30/km week in the last 3-4 months


📆 On average there are 3 runs/week. The volume gradually increase and sometimes there is one more session with the aim to increase the weekly volume.

🏃‍♀️ The long run is scheduled during the week end

🔬 There is a threshold test at the beginning. This test is useful to set training zones

‼️ You will find some notes at the beginning of each week, with the weekly goals and nutrition suggestions.
