Plan Description

Welcome to the Sub 4 hour training plan. This plan could be used specifically for any marathon but this was made specifically for new/beginner runners looking to run their first marathon at New York City. This plan is 18 weeks in length.

To begin this plan, the runner should be comfortable doing a 10 mile long run prior to the training plan beginning. This plan begins around 30 miles per week and peaks around 50 miles per week.

This plan contains 5 runs per week, plus 3 strength workouts.
