Plan Description

Du bist ambitionierte/r Läufer/in und läufst bereits regelmäßig 3-4x/Woche?
Du hast einen längeren WK (z.B. Marathon oder Ultra) vor dir und möchtest nochmal 12 Wochen die Laktatbildungsrate senken und eine Ökonomisierung in den Rennintensitäten vornehmen?

Dann ist das hier dein Plan!
4-5 Laufeinheiten/Woche - 2x Intensitäten (Berganläufe, Tempodauerläufe, Schwellenintervalle) - bis 6h30 Training in den Peakwochen und die längsten Läufe sind 2h30.

Der Plan kann auch für die letzten 12 Wochen vor deinem Saisonhighlight genutzt werden (in dem Fall sollte die 12. Woche des Plans am Sonntag vor deinem Rennen enden und anschließend noch eine Taper-Woche eingebaut werden)
