Plan Description
This is a 12 week trainingplan for advanced runners. All the trainings are based on you anaerobic threshold, so it is a good thing to see if you threshold is accurate on your Trainingpeaks account.
It's a build-up in a 3.1 cyclus. 3 weeks building the volume and/or intensity and one recovery week.
It's a very marathon specific training approach for runners with a good running background. It is an approach for pyramidal trainingmodels.
The goal of this trainingplan is to prepare you for a PB on your marathon! It's an all in approach with an average from five trainingdays each week and up to seven trainingdays. I try to inform you on the purpose of each workout with a little explanation in physiology. So you can understand why you have to do a specific workout.
