Plan Description
This is a 16 week training plan building up to a marathon. This is designed for athletes of an intermediate to advanced level with some base fitness. With this plan all the training is structured with a note at the beginning of the week giving the aim of that week. We work using Rate of Perceived effort (RPE) and give guidance for that in the notes of each run. The 16 weeks are broken down into different phases of training getting more specific towards the race the closer you get to it. Enjoy :-)
