This is an 18 week marathon training plan for intermediate runners who have completed at least one half marathon and are interested in completing a marathon. This could be for an individual with a 15-20 mile weekly training base who is planning to complete their first marathon. It could also be for someone with that same running base who is interested in improving their marathon time.
