Plan Description
Plan de 17 semaines pour préparer un marathon sur route. La progression ne part pas de zéro, loin de là. De la course tous les jours (quelques jours optionnels ici et là). Il faut déjà courir de façon très assidue avant de débuter ce plan, la longue sortie de la deuxième semaine est déjà d'au moins 20 km. Les longues sorties et les intervalles au seuil du mardi sont prescrits en distance alors que le reste du volume en durée (à prendre en compte pour ce qui est du volume moyen par semaine présenté dans la description du plan ci-dessous). Comprends des séances de renforcement simple pouvant être réalisées avec un ballon suisse et des bandes élastiques. Un autre plan similaire avec moins de volume est disponible.
