Plan de 17 semaines pour préparer un marathon sur route. La progression ne part pas de zéro, c'est-à-dire qu'il faut déjà courir de façon assidue avant de débuter ce plan. Les longues sorties sont prescrites en distance alors que le reste du volume en durée (à prendre en compte pour ce qui est du volume moyen par semaine présenté dans la description du plan ci-dessous). Comprends des séances de renforcement simple pouvant être réalisées avec un ballon suisse et des bandes élastiques.
