Neked szól ez az edzésterv, hogyha:
- komolyan fontolóra vetted, hogy van célod, lesz kitartásod, idődet rászánod
- futottál már 3 óra 30 percen belüli maratoni távot, akár edzésen, akár versenyen, akár egy hosszabb ultratáv részidejeként
Amit "elvárok" Tőled a sikered érdekében:
- rendszeresség (a fejlődés kulcsa a következetesség)
- őszinteség (figyeld magad, ha vmi nem megy, vagy túl sok, vagy fáj - jelezz!)
- felelősségtudat (a regeneráció, az alvás, táplálkozás legalább olyan fontos, mint a futás)
- tisztelet az edzésterv iránt (ne ugorj át részeket, az edzésterv egységként működik)
- nyitottság (lehet lesznek szokatlan elemek, kérdezz, jelezz, de próbálj meg bízni a folyamatban!)
