Plan Description
STRYD Power meter or similar, using Coros, Garmin Polar etc
This 18 week plan is developed for athletes running with power who are training for a Marathon and are use to and prefer based on miles per week rather than time basis, similar to more traditions heart rate or pace based running plans.
This plan is based solely on power and distance. It is intended for the more experienced runner that is looking to run 55 to 70 miles in the peak period per week, Plan to start on a Monday with the long run is on a Sunday. Running 6 days a week with a rest day on Monday.
