Plan Description
This plan is 26 weeks long and has a training peaks premium subscription for the duration of the plan. Five runs per week that build from 28 miles to 42.5 miles. Every fifth week is a lighter active recovery week. All other weeks have two quality runs based on your threshold Heart Rate or Threshold pace. This is for an intermediate runner who has already completed a marathon or two. The plan is customizable based on the days you can run. Currently, the plan is set for long runs on Sunday, with the days off on Wednesday and Friday. You will also get one monthly video call for 30 minutes. Unlimited email contact. Emails will be replied to within 48 business hours.
