Plan Description
Building your run foundation, is key to your success. The Level 1 training plans, are all designed to give you 3 structured runs a week for a complete weeks workout.
Target athletes
This training plan in intended for athletes without a running background attempting their first marathon event, or for athletes looking for a low-volume plan. You should be able to comfortably run for at least 25 minutes before you start the plan.
Intensity Type: Running Pace Zones
This plan presents each workouts intensity target by Running Pace Zones, but Heart Rate and Power versions of this plan are also available.

Structured Workouts
Each workout can be exported to a supported device, which will automatically guide you through the session with duration, lap, and intensity prompts.
