Duración 13 semanas + semana previa de la competición objetivo.

Planificación basada en ritmo de carrera (% ritmo umbral)

Es necesario un monitor de actividad compatible con TrainingPeaks (Coros, Suunto, Garmin, Polar, Wahoo, Apple Watch, TomTom..etc*) para el segumiento y control del entrenamiento.
