Plan Description
Este plan de entrenamiento esta pensado para aquellas personas que quieren dar el salto a la maratón y con un bagaje en la carrera previo que hayan trabajado tanto volumen como intensidad a razón de un mínimo de 60km semanales.
Durante el plan se realizan varias sesiones de fuerza encaminada a personas con una experiencia previa en dicho trabajo de al menos 2 años. No quiere decir que no puedas hacer dichas sesiones, pero te cargarán un poco más que si no tienes experiencia.
La nutrición y la hidratación son importantes a lo largo de la planificación en cada sesión. Es por eso que para tiradas de mas de 1h es aconsejable que metas al menos (inicio) 20gr/h de CHO y vayas progresando cada 15 días para hacer el estómago hasta los 60gr/h de CHO. Vete viendo como los asimilas.
El objetivo final de este plan es que se pueda conseguir terminar la carrera sin que esta te suponga un esfuerzo grande. Cualquier duda contáctenos.
