Mi Primer Maraton
Este plan esta diseñado para aquellos que quiera ir por sus primeros 42k, las personas que quieran este plan ya deben de tener tiempo corriendo, hacer eventos de 5-10k-15k sin ningún problema y a ver echo algún 21k.
Son 22 semanas de entrenamiento que nos ayudaran a llegar preparados al evento. Empezaremos con sesiones de velocidad que nos ayudaran a mejorar nuestra condición y aplicar esa velocidad en la distancias.
Los entrenamientos entre semana son de 1 hora aproximadamente y algunos clave de 1:15hr aproximadamente, en fines de semana trabajaremos la distancia que ahí si tenemos que completos los kms programados ya que el maratón hay que cumplir con el kilometraje.
