Plan de entrenamiento para Maratón Avanzados de 22 semanas

Este plan esta enfocado para corredores con experiencia y que hallan corrido anteriormente algunos eventos de 21k. Ya que algunas sesiones entren semana llegamos a correr 14-15km, los demás días estamos corriendo entre 8 a 12km.
Tenemos días de recuperación que van de los 40 a 50min aeorobicos y los fines de semana de carrera larga.

Con estos entrenamientos empezaremos con sesiones de velocidad e intensidades que nos ayudaran a mejorar la velocidad que en los entrenamientos siguientes que están enfocados para el maratón podamos correr a un mejor velocidad con menos esfuerzo y así poder BAJAR NUESTRA MARCA.
