Plan Description

You want to run your first Marathon? Or the first one well-prepared?

Here is the perfect plan! A complete 13-week build-up for the Marathon.
It has been developed particularly for runners with some experience on shorter distances (5k, 10k or even half-marathon) as well as for triathlete or endurance athlete with running experience.

The plan offers a balanced mix of intense interval sessions, long endurance runs and easy runs. Additional cross-training is scheduled as well, but always optional!
You stay flexibel and still get the benefits of a structured training program designed based on latest sport science.
