OBJETIVO


Preparada pensando nos mínimos detalhes, esta planilha irá te preparar para correr sua MARATONA!

EXPERIÊNCIA PRÉVIA


É necessário que o atleta já consiga correr pelo menos 8KM de forma contínua (sem paradas) e tranquilamente.
O programa contempla entre 2 e 6 horas de treino por semana e um total de 18 semanas até o seu objetivo da MARATONA.

TREINOS ESTRUTURADOS


Todos os treinos são estruturados e prescritos por PACE.
Logo na primeira semana o atleta já realizará um teste para ajuste das suas zonas de corrida, para que possa realizar seus treinos de forma adequada ao seus limiares e fitness atual.
Os treinos são estruturados e podem ser exportados para aparelhos como relógios Garmin. Não é obrigatório exportar os treinos para o relógio, uma vez que a descrição do treino na planilha já contém toda a informação que você precisa para executar o treino de forma correta.
