Plan Description

Intermediate Boston Marathon Plan:
This plan starts at 27 miles a week and peaks at 53 miles a week. Each week has a different area of focus, and a tip to help you towards your best race. There is some incorporation of strength and mobility work to insure you stay injury free.
This plan includes a Boston Marathon Training Guide, Destination Race Guide and Checklist, as well as a Cookbook.
