Plan Description
Marathon - Plan Übersicht:
• 12 Wochen
• 5 Lauf-Einheiten in der Woche
• Trainiert wird nach Power / Watt
• Beginnend mit 6 Stunden und 15 Minuten steigert sich der Plan bis auf 7 Stunden und 35 Minuten
• 2 Stabi-Einheiten in der Woche
• maximal 10% Steigerung des Trainingsvolumen um Übertraining zu vermeiden
• nach 3 Wochen Belastung folgt eine Ruhewoche
• strukturiere Workouts
• Workoutbeschreibungen in deutsch
• Die Trainingseinheiten können auf deine Garmin-Uhr, Zwift und andere Apps herrunter geladen werden
• Email-Support bei Fragen oder Hilfe zur Verwendung des Plan
• Wiederverwendbarer Plan (inkl. Updates) – So importierst du den Plan in deinen Kalendar
