Este plan tiene una duración de 14 semanas con 5 días de entrenamiento. Está planificado por kilómetros semanales, con sus entrenos de fuerza y sus entrenos de carrera. La semana que más kilómetros se corren son 75 kms y las horas empleadas por semana oscilan entre 7 y 9 horas.
