Du kannst 4 mal pro Woche laufen und deine längste Einheit in den letzten Wochen war mindestens 18km.
Du weißt wo deine Schwelle im Laufen liegt oder bist in der letzten Zeit einen 10km Wettkampf gelaufen.
Was du bekommst:
Einen 10-Wochen Marathonplan mit individueller Pace-Angabe in min/km (Dafür musst du zu Beginn deinen Leistungsstand eintragen oder mir mitteilen)
Der Plan umfasst 3 Zyklen. (3:1, 2:1, 2:1 Belastungswochen und Entlastungswochen)
Der Plan umfasst 4-5 Lauf- und 0-1 alternative Einheit pro Woche. Hinzu kommen Athletik-, Beweglichkeits- und Regenerationsprogramme.
