Nos basaremos en PERCEPCIÓN DE ESFUERZO y la frecuencia de sesiones a la semana viene a ser una media de algo mas de 5 días a la semana
ME GUSTARÍA INCIDIRTE EN EL ENTRENAMIENTO CRUZADO METIENDO BICICLETA, DONDE LA METERIAMOS EN TAL CASO, EN LOS DIAS DE RODAJE TRANQUILOS, Y ALGUNO DE RODAJE LARGO
LOS DIAS DE FUERZA SI NO PUEDES METERLOS EN DÍAS SEÑALADOS PUES EL DIA QUE NO TENGAS INDICADO CARRERA DONDE VEAS QUE NO ES UNA SESION DURA
EN LAS SESIONES DE GYM VIENE UN ARCHIVO ADJUNTO A DESCARGAR
