Dieser Trainingsplan bereitet euch optimal innerhalb von 3 Wochen auf den nächsten Marathon vor. Ziel ist die Aufrechterhaltung der Fitness und die Reduktion der Erschöpfung. Aber natürlich auch, dass ihr wieder topfit an der Strecke steht.
