Sportliche Voraussetzungen:
- die eigene FTP (Functional Threshold Power) ist bekannt oder wird vor dem Starten des Plans ermittelt. Dazu findet sich an Tag 1 des Plans die Einheit "FTP-Test" mit allen nötigen Details im Beschrieb.
- aerobe Grundlagenausdauer ist aufgebaut
- Trainingsniveau liegt bei 5 Läufe/Woche und 25km-Läufe am Stück
- 10km-Zeit bei ca. 39min
