This is a level 1 (20 week) marathon training plan. This plan encompasses 5 runs per week with a balance of cross-training, endurance and speed work. An excellent plan for those who would like to compete their first marathon or improve their times at the marathon distance. This plan is designed for busy adults and it is customizable.
