This is the perfect plan for you then because at 31-47 MPW and running only 4 to 5 days a week it allows for some flexibility. Over the 13 weeks you will progressively build up to the key workout of a 13 mile progression run. This is the true tester for your upcoming half marathon. This plan is also ideal for triathletes that need a little more training focused on the run. This is a perfect 13 week plan to lead up to your next triathlon or running event.
