What You Can Expect
A complete 20-week progression divided into Base 1 and Base 2
Gradual and controlled increase in volume with clear intensity structure

Requirements
To start this plan, you should be able to:
Run continuously for at least 5–8 km
Train 3–4 times per week consistently

A GPS watch or heart rate monitor is recommended for best results.
