This 4-week Half Marathon Beginner plan by GA Endurance is designed for runners who want to start structured training, rebuild consistency, or re-establish their aerobic base in a short and effective timeframe.
It is ideal if you can already run 5–8 km continuously and are looking for a clear, manageable entry into half-marathon training without overwhelming volume or intensity.
Whether you’re returning after a break or preparing to move into a longer program, this plan provides a focused and efficient starting point.

Requirements
To start this plan, you should be able to:
Run continuously for at least 5–8 km
Train 3–4 times per week
Commit to consistent training over 4 weeks
A GPS watch or heart rate monitor is recommended but not required.

This 4-week block is designed to build structure, not peak performance.
