Requirements
To start this plan, you should be able to:
• Run continuously for at least 8–12 km
• Train consistently 4–5 times per week
• Have prior structured training experience
• Be preparing for a half marathon within the next 8–9 months
A GPS watch or heart rate monitor is strongly recommended for best results.
