This 6-week Half Marathon Intermediate plan by GA Endurance is designed as a final preparation phase leading directly into race day.
It is ideal for athletes who can comfortably run 8–12 km and already have a solid training background, and now want to sharpen performance, pacing precision, and race execution.
This is not a base-building plan—it is a focused, race-specific phase designed to prepare you to perform at your best.

Requirements
To start this plan, you should be able to:
• Run continuously for at least 8–12 km
• Train consistently 4–5 times per week
• Have a solid aerobic base from previous training
• Be preparing for a half-marathon within the next 4–6 weeks
A GPS watch or heart rate monitor is strongly recommended for best results.
