Requirements
To start this plan, you should be able to:
• Run continuously for at least 12–16+ km
• Train consistently 5–6 times per week
• Have strong prior structured training experience
• Be preparing for a half-marathon within the next 5–6 months
A GPS watch and heart rate monitor are strongly recommended for the best results.
