This plan is an BASIC plan with a 28 week duration. It is ideal if you are new to the distance or you are repeating the distance and want a little structure to follow. Your goal is to get across the finish line and improve your time. The starting long run for this plan is 35 Minutes.

9:00 min/mi Race Pace:
1:30 - 4:15 Hours (about 14 - 26 Miles)
10:00 min/mi Race Pace:
1:30 - 4:15 Hours (about 13 - 24 Miles)
